The Wine Studies Department at Plumpton College offers Part Time, Full Time and Intensive courses in varied aspects of winemaking and vine growing. They cover choosing the right site to grow vines, selecting varieties, care, maintenance and harvesting the grapes to making wine, appreciating and marketing it. The College has 15 acres of vineyards and produces over 15,000 bottles a year.
